<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document discard processing system and a program for it allowing management of history information of file operation and dynamic placement of an operation restriction. <P>SOLUTION: When a document to be discarded is designated from a client PC 12_1, a list of operation histories of the document managed by an operation history management server 11 is displayed. When an operation history of the document to be discarded is selected from the listed document operation histories, a document management server 10 registers a document, which is shown by the operation history and managed by the document management server, in a list of discarded documents. When the discarded document list is transmitted to the client PCs 12_1 and 12_2, the document registered in the discarded document list is retrieved and the corresponding document is discarded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
