PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication proxy device reducing leakage of personal information. SOLUTION: An authentication proxy service server 2 as this authentication proxy device has: a signature data generation means 24 adding a signature to use history information of network service to generate an action certificate; and a signature data information management means 22 generating a signature data information storage type database 6a for managing the action certificate in association with account information to a user. The signature data information management means 22 extracts the action certificate included in the signature data information storage type database as information of user authentication necessary when password is reissued to the network service.
