PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly achieve control output without generating deficiency or duplication of data in transferring control request data between computers in a distributed monitor control system. SOLUTION: In this distributed monitor control system in which a client computer 1 is connected through a network 3 to a server computer 2, the client computer 1 is provided with a control request processing means 11 for generating control request data with processing classifications added thereto when receiving a control request, and for transmitting the control request data to the server computer 2, and the server computer 2 is provided with a control finish information management table 25 for storing the history of control finish information; and a control output processing means 21 for, when executing control output processing based on the received control request data, deciding whether or not control is finished by referring to the control finish information management table 25, and for executing control output when deciding that control is not finished yet.
