<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abdominal impedance measurement apparatus capable of disposing electrodes for measuring an impedance in a reference position. <P>SOLUTION: This abdominal impedance measurement apparatus includes a plurality of electrodes 30 and 32 for measuring an abdominal impedance of a subject, an electrode supporting body for supporting the electrodes 30 and 32, and a frame 16 that is disposable around the subject. A light emitter is supported by the frame 16 for emitting light beams toward the inside of the frame 16 onto a straight line and a spot.
