PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evacuate people by unlocking a lock when a disaster occurs. SOLUTION: This evacuation guiding system includes: a control means for generating an evacuation control signal according to disaster occurrence information; a transmitter for transmitting an evacuation control signal; a position detecting means for detecting the position of a person to be guided; an evacuation guiding part disposed in each doorway to the inside or a room or a corridor to receive the evacuation control signal and display evacuation guidance or output voice; and a communication means for communicating with a user, wherein the evacuation control signal is generated for evacuation guidance according to the current position of the person by the evacuation guide part, a notice requesting permission to the user is given, and when the permission is given from the user, or when no response is sent from the user, an evacuation control signal is transmitted.
