PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely calculate similarity in consideration of features of various faces. SOLUTION: First and second similarity calculation parts 34 and 36 calculate similarity between a prescribed face and each of a plurality of images according to algorithm corresponding to the various configurations of the face. Furthermore, a weighting part 38 calculates weighting similarity by weighting the plurality of similarity calculated by the first and the second similarity calculation means 34 and 36.
