PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minimum screw feeding device capable of enhancing the engagement accuracy thereof, also, having excellent rigidity and having stable sliding performance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the micro screw feeding device. SOLUTION: The minimum screw feeding device includes: a lead screw 1 interlocking with a compact driving source M; and a feed nut 2 attached freely movable along the lead screw 1. A position-adjusting member P is fixed to the feed nut 2. The minimum screw feed device is configured to adjust the position of the position adjusting member P along the lead screw. A long bolt, obtained by grinding a stainless steel bar having a diameter of 0.5 to 2.0 mm with a pitch of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, is used as the lead screw 1, and an oil-containing metallic nut is used as the feed nut 2.
