PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical signal measuring apparatus capable of improving safety and reliability without having to short-circuit circuits to be measured even in the case that opening and closing switches connected to measuring terminals have malfunctioned. SOLUTION: The electrical signal measuring apparatus is provided with a measuring part 200 and a plurality of the opening and closing switches 202a, 202b, 202c, 202d. The measuring part 200 comprises two input terminals 204a and 204b to measure electrical signals of the two input terminals. The opening and closing switches 202a, 202b, 202c, 202d are provided for electrical paths 206a, 206b, 206c, 206d formed by combining the two input terminals 204a and 204b with two measuring terminals A and B connected to a circuit to be measured to each open and close the electrical paths 206a, 206b, 206c, 206d.
