PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving device wherein decline of measurement accuracy or wrong detection of an object is prevented sufficiently, a laser radar device equipped therewith, and a vehicle equipped with the laser radar device. SOLUTION: A bias voltage V<SB>ba</SB>is applied to APD 81. When light enters the APD 81, a current corresponding to an incident light quantity P flows in the APD 81. A capacitor 83 removes a DC component in an output current from the APD 81 and outputs an incident light current I<SB>d</SB>. an I-V conversion circuit 84 converts the incident light current I<SB>d</SB>into an incident light voltage V<SB>d</SB>. An amplifying circuit 85 amplifies the incident light voltage V<SB>d</SB>, and outputs a light receiving pulse V<SB>a</SB>. An inverting amplifying circuit 86 inverts and amplifies the light receiving pulse V<SB>a</SB>and outputs an inverted amplified voltage V<SB>ia</SB>. A half-wave rectifying circuit 87 performs half-wave rectification of the inverted amplified voltage V<SB>ia</SB>and outputs a noise level V<SB>nDC</SB>.
