PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermocouple apparatus in which a substrate can be divided. SOLUTION: The thermocouple apparatus 2 includes a thermocouple 1 and a substrate 3 for holding the thermocouple 1. The thermocouple 1 includes a metal conductor 11 and a different-material conductor 12 running in parallel with each other and includes a high-temperature junction 13 to be in contact with a high-temperature object 16 and a low-temperature junction 14 separating from the high-temperature object 16. The substrate 3 includes a first divided substrate 4 and a second divided substrate 5 capable of being divided from each other and combining with each other and a locking element 200 for combining the first divided substrate 4 and the second divided substrate 5 into one piece in such a way that they can be removed from each other.
