PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control dynamic pressure generated in lubricant interposing between a guide surface formed on a base and a slide surface of a movable body sliding on this guide surface. SOLUTION: This slide guiding device 10 guides the movable body by sliding the slide surface 21 formed on a sliding thin plate under surface on the guide surface by interposing the lubricant, by sticking a sliding thin plate 20 formed of a resin material in the longitudinal direction to a surface of the movable body 14 opposed to the guide surface 13 on the base 11. First and second escape grooves 33 and 34 extending in the width direction up to this side of both ends in the width direction of the slide surface, are carved in one side part and the other side part in the longitudinal direction of the slide surface, and first and second escape holes 33 and 36 bored in the movable body and respectively opening in the first and second clearance grooves, are respectively opened in the atmosphere via first and second solenoid valves 37 and 38 put in an opening state when pressure in the first or second clearance groove exceeds predetermined pressure.
