PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll body conveying device capable of independently elevating/lowering two core receiving parts for receiving a roll body on a supporting base by a lifter mechanism of a small space. SOLUTION: The roll body conveying device delivers a roll body having a core on its center and projecting parts with the core being projected from both ends of the roll body between a holding means of the roll body and itself. The roll body conveying device has two core receiving parts for receiving the projecting part on both sides of the roll body on a supporting base. In the roll body conveying device, the supporting base is elevated/lowered by an electric lifter mechanism. The two core receiving parts are elevated/lowered on the supporting base by a small stroke lifter mechanism employing the wedge action. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
