It is an object to provide a radiographic image photographing system and its control device which surely make photographing order correspond to radiographic image data and can facilitate photographing work. For that purpose, a control unit of a tag reader (8) reads out inherent information stored at a tag (68) in a radio graphic image detecting device (6). A control unit (14) of a photographing operation device (4) receives the inherent information of the radio graphic image detecting device (6) from the tag (8) and stores it at a memory unit (21). In response to an input from an input operation unit (18), the control unit (14) makes each photographing or information correspond to a cassette ID of the radio graphic image detecting device (6) and stores this corresponding information at the memory unit (21).
