PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication server and a method for using the communication server. SOLUTION: The communication server includes: (1) a sound channel interface configured to establish a sound channel with respect to a mobile communication device and to generate a sound for the transmission of menu information; and (2) a data channel interface which is subordinate to a sound channel interface and is configured to establish a data channel with respect to the mobile communication device and to transmit data containing the menu information in response to one selected between (i) an automatic determination which enables the mobile communication device to output the menu information to the user and (ii) an order received from the mobile communication device to transmit the data containing the menu information.
