An injection molding method and an injection molding apparatus are provided to prevent the skin member from being damaged by preventing high-temperature resin from being introduced into the skin member. An injection molding method comprises the steps of preheating a skin member such that the skin member has a predetermined shape(S1), placing the skin member in a lower cavity(S2), injecting thermoplastic resin into a cavity, which is defined by the lower cavity and an upper cavity, through both sides of the skin member, thereby integrally forming the skin member with a base(S3), interposing a stopper between the upper and lower cavities to restore original properties of the skin member(S4), and releasing the molded product from the mold assembly(S5).
