<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic powder for a green sheet that gives a low-temperature-fired ceramic substrate that can be fired at a temperature of ≤900°C, has excellent dielectric properties in higher frequency bands (microwave and millimeter-wave bands), has a low hygroscopicity and shows little warping and creasing even co-fired with a silver conductor paste. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic powder for the green sheet comprises a glass powder and an alumina powder, provided that the glass powder comprises 35-39 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 9-17 wt.% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 21-40 wt.% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10-20 wt.% R'O (wherein R' is at least one chosen from the group consisting of Mg, Ca and Ba), 0.2-2 wt.% Li<SB>2</SB>O and 0.5-2 wt.% MO<SB>2</SB>(wherein M is at least one chosen from the group consisting of Ti and Zr) to make a total of 100 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
