<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of preventing events generated in a game from being patterned and preventing a player from easily becoming tired of the game. <P>SOLUTION: A computer functions as an event table storage part, an event condition setting part, and an event processing part. The event table storage part stores an event table which defines a plurality of first parameters to be used for the event processing and their respective expiration dates. The event condition setting part determines whether prescribed operation was performed by the player or not. When it determines that the prescribed operation was performed, the event condition setting part detects the timing of the prescribed operation, sets a second parameter to be used in the event processing based on the detected operation timing, and sets an event condition based on the second parameter. The event processing part determines whether the event condition is satisfied or not. When it determines that the event condition is satisfied, the event processing part refers to the event table and selects a first parameter to be used based on the information timed by a timer, and executes the arithmetic operation based on the selected first parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
