<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct mobility of a drive transistor without lowering a numerical aperture while reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In a driving method of a pixel circuit, a first transistor Tr1 is turned on in an initialization period and the drive transistor Tdr is diode-connected. At this time, the high level of a second control signal G2[i] is so biased that a second transistor Tr2 operates in a saturation region. Consequently, the gate potential of the drive transistor Tdr corresponds to its mobility.
