The invention refers to a piece of equipment with lifting rotors used to ensure lifting, stability and manoeuvrability of aircrafts with vertical take-off and landing. According to the invention, the equipment consists of four identical rotors, positioned in a streamlined skirting, with the pressure centre located below the centre of gravity of the aircraft. The four rotors are grouped in pairs and tilted to the transversal axis. The distance between the axes of the rotors is such that they intersect on a certain portion, the two rotors rotate at the same speed, but in opposite directions, and the specific angular displacement between the blades is such that it is impossible for them to hit each other.
