PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output buffer circuit capable of dynamically switching driving power in accordance with a change in the frequency of an input signal. SOLUTION: An output buffer circuit includes an output section 1 with variable driving power, a filter section 2 identifies a frequency component contained in an input signal to be input to the output section 1, and a driving power control section 3 dynamically varies the driving power of the output section 1 in accordance with a band of the frequency component identified by the filter section 2.
