PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, capable of performing file transfer without needing specification of a file storage position in a counter device every file storage by a user, and automatically mail-transmitting storage destination position information to a preliminarily registered mail transmitting destination when a new file is stored in a storage destination of the counter device. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises an information storage part which stores place information for specifying a file storage destination and mail transmitting destination information associated with the place information; a file storage information storage part which stores file storage information composed of file storage destination place information and date information for storage of a file; a file storage determination part which monitors the file storage information to check whether a new file is stored or not; and a communication part which mail-transmits, when storage of a new file to the file storage destination is determined by the file storage determination part, file storage information of the newly stored file to the user.
