PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house management system coping with an emergency earthquake flash, giving suitable information to the outside of a dwelling house according to the estimated intensity of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A warning monitoring panel 10 includes an earthquake warning command signal transmitting means 10a for transmitting an earthquake warning command signal to a dwelling house information terminal 30 of each dwelling house with estimated intensity of the earthquake information on receiving an earthquake detection signal from an earthquake information network NW. The multiple dwelling house information terminal 30 includes an informing means 30b for generating a speaking circuit with an intercom slave device to read an earthquake message saved in his own one or the warning monitoring panel 10, and give the message from the intercom slave device 50 to the outside of a dwelling house when a predetermined intensity of earthquake is decided with reference to the estimated intensity of earthquake information on receiving the earthquake warning command signal from the warning monitoring panel 10.
