PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge a liquid sample to the outside from a liquid storage container. SOLUTION: Liquid developer separation and extraction equipment 28 which separates and extracts toner and carrier liquid from liquid developer including the toner and a carrier liquid is provided with an electrode roller 282, an intercepting roller 283, a blade member 284 and the liquid storage container 280. The intercepting roller 283 is a roller coming into contact with the electrode roller 282, to intercept the carrier liquid, the blade member 284 scrapes the toner after passing through a position where the electrode roller 282 and the intercepting roller 283 are in contact with each other and in the liquid storage container 280, a groove 280k having a second discharge hole 280c which is provided at the lowest position of the height position of the groove 280k and through which the liquid sample can pass is formed along the surface of the electrode roller 282, so as to make the distance between the groove 280k and the electrode roller 282 constant. A liquid discharge member 285 is a member which has a through hole 285d continuous to the second discharge hole 280c and is for discharging liquid after passing through the second discharge hole 280c to the outside.
