PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face-material fixing bolt fixing at least three structures and having a high effect preventing the rotation thereof while tightening, a method of manufacturing a face-material fixing bolt, and a method fixing a surface-material using a surface-material fixing bolt. SOLUTION: This face-material fixing bolt comprises a double-end stud having a first screw 3 and a second screw 4 formed at both ends, a heat shrinkable tube 6 circumferentially formed on the double-end stud at the portion other than the portions where the first screw 3 and the second screw 4 are formed, and a pin 5 inserted into two holes 7a, 7b formed in the heat shrinkable tube 6.
