PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily disassembling-installing structure easy in disassembling. SOLUTION: When inserting a tool 35 into a tool inserting guide groove 27 from the arrow Q direction, the tool 35 is guided to the innermost side of the tool inserting guide groove 27. When moving the inserted tool 35 in the raising-up direction as indicated by an arrow R, the tool 35 abuts on an inclined face 33 of the tool inserting guide groove 27, and the action is generated by the principle of the lever. Afterwards, when the action by the principle of the lever reaches a clip 26 via a base 25, a locking state is released when deflection is caused in the clip 26 put in the locking state till then.
