PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor capable of accurately detecting action force between a tire of a wheel and a road surface regardless of resting and a low speed, by installing a load sensor without reducing bearing rigidity. SOLUTION: This wheel bearing with the sensor has an outer member 1 forming a rolling travel surface 3 of double rows on the inner periphery, an inner member 2 forming a rolling travel surface 4 opposed to this rolling travel surface 3 on the outer periphery, and a rolling element 5 of double rows interposed between both rolling travel surfaces 3 and 4, and rotatably supports the wheel to a car body. Among the outer member and the inner member, for example, the outer member 1 being a fixed side member has a car body installing flange 1a installed on a knuckle on its outer periphery, and a bolt hole 14 is arranged in a plurality of places in the circumferential direction of this flange 1a. One or more of strain gauges 16 are arranged in the same phase position as the bolt hole 14 of the flange 1a in an inner diameter surface or an outer diameter surface of the outer member 1.
