PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight slat for blind excellent in mechanical strength, shock-resistance, weather durability or the like while it can be used safely without causing electric-wave disturbance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyester resin sheet in an amorphous state is drawn out and stretched at a temperature from the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polyester resin -20°C to the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polyester resin +20°C Then, the sheet is uniaxially stretched at a temperature higher than the temperature for drawing-out and stretching. On the both sides of the stretched thermoplastic polyester resin sheet thus obtained thermoplastic resin layers are laminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
