PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building units which ensure necessary strength even when stacked on each other, and prevent a column from being exposed to the outside even if an opening is formed at a corner portion. SOLUTION: The building units 100A can be stacked on each other, and each consist of: a main frame 10A formed of a skeletal structure; auxiliary frames 50A, 50A' arranged along upper and lower edges of external walls in a corner region so as to support the external walls in the corner region where the opening is formed, and supported by the main frame in an overhanging manner; and the external walls mounted outside the main frame and the auxiliary frames.
