PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product charging device wherein there is almost no case that harmful effects make a bucket loader impossible to move upward/downward. SOLUTION: A bucket loader tilting mechanism 3 consists of an pantagraph 6 expansive with a plurality of pairs of links 4, 5 and a cylinder, a first guide member 7 to which the upper ends of the pair of links located on the side of a grinding/polishing/cleaning chamber, out of the two pairs of links on the uppermost side of the pantagraph are connected in an up-and-down turnable manner, and with which the upper ends of the other pair of links are engaged in a linearly movable manner, a second guide member 8 which is mounted on the upper face of the first guide member in a linearly movable manner, and to which the outer wall face of the bucket loader 1 is connected in an up-and-down turnable manner, and a restricting link 12 whose lower part is pivotally supported separately in an up-and-down turnable manner and fixed, and whose upper part is turnably connected to the outer wall face of the bucket loader where a product is moved when the bucket loader is tilted toward the product charge port of the grinding/polishing/cleaning chamber, for restricting the upward movement of the upper part of the bucket loader.
