PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a high moisture-proofness, which is suitable for packaging electric/electronic device related parts, optical device related parts, etc. with a superior moisture-proofness by an aluminium foil and with content visibility. SOLUTION: This packaging bag is formed by combining at least two types of laminated sheet-like packaging members superior in a moisture-proofness. One type of the members is an aluminum packaging material 2 where at least an aluminum foil layer and a heat seal layer are laminated on a high-molecular film base material. The other type of the members is a transparent vapor deposited packaging material 3 where at least an inorganic oxidant vapor deposited thin film layer and a heat seal layer are overlaid on a high-molecular film base material.
