PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular active type sound control system that can surely reduce noise inside a cabin by ANC and produce sound effects by ASC, irrespective of the change of environment inside the cabin arising from the operation of an opening/closing body provided on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A control means 66 reads out each control parameter from an EEPROM 58 based on a roof-open signal, a trunk-open signal, revolutions Ne, and a frequency changeΔaf. A parameter change signal Sa, a switching control signal Ss, and an amplification rate change signal Sb based on each control parameter which is read out are each outputted to ANC60 and ASC64, switches 112, 116, and the variable gain amplifiers 150, 152, 154 respectively to change each control parameter inside an electronic control unit 34.
