PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing sheet provided with both of a wettability on applying an adhesive resin to the surface of a peeling layer and a releasability from an adhesive resin layer formed by coating with in a sufficient balance, wherein zipping does not occur when the adhesive layer is peeled so that a smooth plane surface of the adhesive resin layer is formed. SOLUTION: The release sheet where a melamine resin film is formed at least one surface of the substrate sheet, and the release sheet containing an alkylated melamine formaldehyde resin with an alkyl group with carbon numbers of 6 to 18 is formed.
