PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the amount of feeding of a resin in a resin feeding apparatus. SOLUTION: The resin feeding apparatus 100 includes a resin feeding amount controlling means 110 having both functions which are a function for adjusting the amount of feeding of the resin by changing an output and a function for conveying and feeding the resin to a specified place, and an electronic balance 112 capable of metering the amount of resin of the resin fed by the resin feeding amount controlling means 110. N pieces (n=an integer of≥1) of target values A of this side are set stepwise to the final target value Ae of the resin fed by the resin feeding amount controlling means 110, and when the amount of feeding of the resin exceeds the target value A of this side, the output of the resin feeding amount controlling means 110 is proportionally decreased in accordance with a specified variable.
