PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steam processor which can condense steam caused in a cooker and a dish washing and drying machine, and recover condensate and is compact, and a cooker and a dish washing and drying machine which is equipped with the steam processor and is easy to use. SOLUTION: The steam processor has a steam processing unit 23 which condenses steam discharged from equipment, a steam recovery lid portion 21 connected to a steam discharge opening 10 provided in the equipment, and a communication pipe 22 making the steam processing unit 23 communicate with the steam recovery lid portion 21. The steam processing unit 23 has a removable tank to store condensate water resulting from the condensing of steam by at least a heat exchanger, or by a sirocco fan and the heat exchanger.
