A method of manufacturing a thermoelectric converter including supplying raw materials by mutually supplying a p-type semiconductor raw material and an n-type semiconductor raw material into a piercing hole of a honeycomb made of a non-metal inorganic material. The method also includes sintering the p-type semiconductor raw material and the n-type semiconductor raw material supplied in the honeycomb to form a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor in the piercing hole of the honeycomb, and connecting the p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor formed in the piercing hole of the honeycomb to each other by an electrode.
