A cash processing apparatus and a withdrawing method thereof are provided to guide and display dealing information after a finishing process when present stock information does not correspond to prior stock information. A finishing execution unit(31) executes a finishing process before a system power-off operation. A first memory unit(32) stores stock information as results of the finishing execution unit. A second memory unit(33) stores dealing information after the finishing process of the finishing execution unit. A stock information acquisition unit(34) acquires the stock information after a system power-on operation. A comparison unit(35) compares the stock information acquired by the stock information acquisition unit with the stock information stored in the first memory unit. An output unit(36) outputs the dealing information stored in the second memory unit when the stock information of the stock information acquisition unit does not correspond to the stock information stored in the first memory unit.
