An object is to prevent cement leakage into the extrapyramidal tract, thereby protecting the living body from undesirable effects. It is intended to provide a balloon (3) made of a filmy, bioabsorbable and elastic material which can be inserted in the deflated state into the pyramid (C) via a through hole (B) formed in the pedicle of vertebral arch (A)and inflated in the pyramid (C).
