A sliding tripod constant velocity joint in which, when a roller (70) and a roller groove (11) are in angular contact with each other at two points, induced thrust force is reduced by preventing the roller (70) from coming into contact with the roller groove (11) at a rear face-side contact point of the roller (70). The outer peripheral surface of the roller (70) is in angular contact with the roller groove (11) at two points, and in an axial cross-section of the roller (70), the inner peripheral surface of the roller (70) is formed in an inwardly convex curve. Further, the roller (70) is rockable relative to a tripod shaft (22).
