METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT TRANSFER PLATE

A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a heat transfer plate are provided to reduce facility cost of a press mold substantially and reduce manufacturing time and defective proportion of the heat transfer plate and safety accidents of operators to the utmost by rotatably mounting a cylindrical upper roller die on a piston rod of a hydraulic press and pressurizing and closely adhering a plate type lower die or a cylindrical lower roller die onto the upper roller die. An apparatus(20) for manufacturing a heat transfer plate comprises: a pressing roller(21) installed on a roller bracket(28) fixed to a bottom part of a piston rod(17) of a hydraulic press(16); an upper roller die(22) installed on an outer side of the pressing roller and formed along an outer peripheral surface of a heat transfer plate-forming face(22a); and a plate type lower die(24) which is installed on a bottom part of the pressing roller above a bed(27) and which has a forming face(24a) formed along a top surface thereof correspondingly to the forming face(22a) of the upper roller die, wherein the lower die is installed such that the lower die slidable in the horizontal direction along the bed.
