A functional paint composition is provided to realize effects of preventing corrosion and power loss in a power transmission system while not adversely affecting flow of electricity, to simplify the operation process, and to apply substantially all kinds of materials. A functional paint composition preventing corrosion and power loss in a power transmission system comprises: 100 parts by weight of an oil-based acrylic urethane resin as a base resin; 10-20 parts by weight of an aqueous silicate resin; 10-40 parts by weight of a supplementary resin; 100-250 parts by weight of a pigment; and 1-2 parts by weight of additives. The additives comprise a dispersant used when mixing the silicate resin with the acrylic urethane resin.
