OPTICAL PICKUP AND OPTICAL DISK DEVICE, COMPUTER, OPTICAL DISK PLAYER, AND OPTICAL DISK RECORDER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that reliability of a light source being a semiconductor laser is reduced by diffraction efficiency of an interchangeable type optical pickup when the interchangeable type optical pickup performing recording or playback of a BD and a HD-DVD is composed by using a diffraction type light diffraction means.

SOLUTION: Emission light quantity of a light source of extent in which reliability of the semiconductor laser is not affected is prescribed by considering difference of reflectance of the optical disks performing recording and playback. Optical composition of the optical pickup accommodated to the light quantity is proposed.
