<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user himself or herself to verify the qualification, compatibility and validity of a converted (translated) foreign language example to a foreign language term input by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A language data display system includes: a library for storing a plurality of Japanese terms and the reading kana thereof and non-Japanese foreign language examples corresponding to meanings of Japanese terms by associating them with each other; a data acquisition means for acquiring Japanese kana input by an input means; a retrieval means for retrieving one or more Japanese terms corresponding to the input kana and foreign language examples corresponding to the meanings of the Japanese terms from the library; and a display means for displaying on a display the retrieved Japanese terms and foreign language examples by associating them with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
