<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a loading current capability without increasing an idling current of an output stage. <P>SOLUTION: A differential amplifying circuit comprises: a pre-amplifying section 101 which performs differential amplification on an input signal; a pre-driver section 102 which performs voltage/current conversion on an output of the pre-amplifying section 101; and a push-pull output stage 105 which is driven by the pre-driver section 102. Furthermore, a supplementary current feed unit 103 is provided which makes a supplementary current flow to a base of a low-side bipolar transistor 7 constituting the push-pull output stage 105 when a sink current flows to the low-side bipolar transistor 7, and improvement in an output current capacity of the seventh transistor 7 is attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
