ELECTRIC PUMP UNIT AND ELECTRIC OIL PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump unit capable of preventing loss of synchronism of an electric motor and maintaining the volume efficiency of the pump high without complicating the structure.

SOLUTION: A fluid communicating hole 43 for communicating the discharge side with the suction side of an internal gear pump is formed in a spool 42. An arcuate port 13ri is communicated with and a valve mounting hole 13d via the fluid communication hole 43 accompanying displacement of the spool 42 from the inner side of an inner circumferential circular arc of the arcuate port 13ri on the suction side toward the outer side thereof. An opening 43m through which oil passes is formed in the communication part. The area of the opening 43m (opening A [mm2] of a relief valve 4) is set to increase in a downward convex curve accompanying the displacement of the spool 42.
