PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-precision color matching between a light emission type device and a light non-emission type device. SOLUTION: On the basis of a combination of a device corresponding to a source profile and a device corresponding to a destination profile and a color maching method, a first colorimetric value stored in the source profile and a second colorimetric value stored in the destination profile is converted to produce a third colorimetric value (S403). The first and second colorimetric values or the first or second colorimetric value and the third colorimetric value are then used to perform color processing on image data (S404, S405).
