PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio processor capable of preventing noise generated at the start caused by a difference in audio system. SOLUTION: The audio processor includes a system control unit 2 having a port 12 for digital audio control and an audio processing unit 6 adaptive to a plurality of audio systems. The processor includes a signal converter 14 which converts the level of an audio signal output from the system control unit 2 in staring for a prescribed time according to an audio system of the audio processing unit 6.
