摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device of a continuously variable transmission not to impart a sense of incongruity to a driver, by smoothly decelerating when decelerating a vehicle. SOLUTION: A target input rotating speed NINT of a primary pulley 17 when an accelerator pedal 63 is OFF, is compared with an actual input rotating speed NIN of the primary pulley 17, and among the target input rotating speed NINT and the actual input rotating speed NIN, an input rotating speed on the side reducing in the input rotating speed of the primary pulley 17, is set to an initial value of the target input rotating speed NINT. When a deviation between the target input rotating speed NINT and the actual input rotating speed NIN is a preset value or more when starting a deceleration request, shift control is executed based on the actual input rotating speed NIN, and when the deviation with the actual input rotating speed NINT is less than the preset value, the shift control is executed based on the target input rotating speed NINT.
