PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera surveillance device capable of maintaining automatic tracking even if another invader invades when the surveillance camera is performing the automatic tracking after detecting the invader. SOLUTION: An identifying means of sensor detection information 2 identifies a position of the invader based on invader detection information from a position detection sensor 1 for detecting the position of the invader who invades within a monitoring area, then an image processing means 4 extracts an image of the invader based on image data from the surveillance camera 3 and determines operation information of the invader. Besides, a camera controlling means 5 controls an operation of the surveillance camera 3 based on invader position information by the sensor detection information identifying means 2 and invader operation information by the image processing means 4, and determines whether or not making an adjacent camera take over the automatic tracking when the other invader enters while the surveillance camera 3 is performing the automatic tracking.
