PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for maintaining the quality of images and facilitating the addition and change of functions further by processing the image of an image format corresponding to every image output means, and to provide an image processing method and a computer program. SOLUTION: The image processor for maintaining the quality of the images and facilitating the addition and change of the functions is provided with: an output processing means provided for every different image output means; and an input processing means for acquiring and processing the image of the image format corresponding to every image output means from the data of inputted images.
