PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record or reproduce a desired scene of a program. SOLUTION: A mail acquisition part 11 receives electronic mail, a morphological analysis part 42 performs the morphological analysis of the text information of the electronic mail, and a reception part 16 receives a broadcasting program. A closed caption extraction part 17 extracts the text information on the closed caption of the broadcasting program, a morphological analysis part 62 performs the morphological analysis of the text information on the closed caption, and a similarity degree calculation part 71 calculates the similarity degree of a keyword included in an electronic mail morphological analysis result and a keyword included in a closed caption morphological analysis result. A similarity degree judgement part 72 compares the similarity degree with a prescribed threshold, and a program recording part 22 records the broadcasting program from a timing including the keyword included in the closed caption morphological analysis result, whose similarity degree is higher than the prescribed threshold on the basis of a comparison result.
